I am an experienced physician well versed in Functional Medicine. Having graduated in 2007 and completed my speciality training in the UK, I worked there as a GP and Out of Hour Physician until 2015 (MBChB, MRCGP and CCT)
I continued working in the UAE as a Family Medicine Physician, whilst being involved in the setting up of a Home Care and also a Functional Medicine Service, and being involved in undergraduate and postgraduate medical teaching
In parallel, I have developed my knowledge in patient centered functional medicine over the last 6 years. I remain open minded whilst staying on top of the lastest research in medicine
I am an Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM) certified practitioner and I’m board-certified with The American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM). I am studying for a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and currently completing a Fellowship in Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medicine (FAAMM)
I have a Dipoma in Family Planning and Sexual Health (DFSRH), and have completed a Diploma in Functional Genetic Testing in Nutrigenomics and Pharmacogenomics and completed a course in Integrative Medicine for Mental Health (IMMH) and attend many other conferences in Functional Medicine
